EdvardWo AB develops and licenses professional thematic investment models for global public markets, together with supporting research infrastructure and deployment services. Our primary offerings include: • Professional Thematic Models • Model Licenses and Hosted Access • Research Infrastructure and Research Environments • Deployment Services (hosted access, private APIs, on-premise, custom integration) • Research Collaboration Public website content describes capabilities, availability, and licensing at a high level. Licensed customers receive model outputs, research context, and access to customer portals or model monitoring interfaces according to their agreement. Nothing on the website or in licensed delivery constitutes personalised financial advice or discretionary portfolio management.

Models may be delivered under one or more of the following arrangements, as specified in the applicable customer agreement: • Subscription access • Non-exclusive license • Exclusive license • Hosted deployment • Private API delivery • On-premise deployment • Custom enterprise agreements • Research collaboration agreements Licensing terms, pricing, duration, exclusivity, deployment scope, and permitted use vary by product and agreement. No license is granted except as expressly set out in a signed or accepted agreement with EdvardWo AB. Where subscription access applies, access continues for the agreed term subject to payment and compliance with these Terms.

Customers receive rights to use models, outputs, and research environments according to their specific license or customer agreement. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, customers do not receive and may not assume ownership of: • Source code • Implementation details • Research methodologies • Model construction methods • Feature engineering techniques • Proprietary frameworks • Research infrastructure • Proprietary metrics and scoring systems Customers may license models and use permitted outputs. Customers do not automatically acquire ownership of methodologies, frameworks, research infrastructure, or proprietary metrics. Licenses are personal or organisational as specified in the agreement and are not transferable except with prior written consent.

Customers and authorised users may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law and only to the minimum extent required: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble models or delivery systems • Reconstruct methodologies, ranking logic, or scoring systems • Reproduce internal rankings, signals, or edge indicators • Replicate internal metrics from outputs or dashboards • Derive implementation details, formulas, or feature engineering from model outputs • Attempt to discover proprietary construction methods through observation or testing These restrictions apply to model outputs, research environments, APIs, deployment configurations, and customer portal content.

Models may be delivered through one or more deployment methods, including: • Hosted access • Private APIs • On-premise deployment • Custom integrations with customer systems Deployment terms — including security requirements, data handling, uptime expectations, support scope, and integration responsibilities — vary by agreement. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate infrastructure, credentials, and internal controls for deployed models unless otherwise agreed in writing. EdvardWo may update, patch, or modify delivery systems where necessary for security, compliance, or operational reasons, subject to the applicable agreement.

Licensed delivery may include access to research environments, customer portals, or model monitoring interfaces supporting model understanding, thematic context, monitoring, and collaboration. These interfaces are provided as part of model delivery. They are not standalone retail products or generic dashboard subscriptions. Access to specific features, outputs, holdings, metrics, and updates depends on the licensed model and agreement. EdvardWo may modify interface functionality where reasonably necessary, provided core licensed access is maintained for the agreed term.

All information provided through the website, licensed models, research environments, and related services is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes: • Investment advice • Financial advice • Legal advice • Tax advice • A recommendation to buy or sell securities • Discretionary portfolio management • Investment management services Customers remain solely responsible for their own investment decisions, portfolio construction, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Customers and authorised users remain responsible for: • All investment decisions • Portfolio construction and asset allocation • Risk management and internal governance • Regulatory and compliance obligations applicable to their activities • Proper use of licensed models within agreed scope • Protection of credentials, API keys, and confidential materials EdvardWo provides models, research context, and deployment infrastructure. EdvardWo does not provide discretionary portfolio management or act as investment adviser unless separately agreed in writing.

Financial markets involve risk. Past performance, historical observations, forward-testing results, model outputs, thematic developments, classifications, and research context do not guarantee future results. No representation is made that any model, output, or research material will be profitable, suitable for any particular customer, or free from error. Investing may result in partial or total loss of capital.

All content, systems, and materials are the intellectual property of EdvardWo AB unless otherwise stated. This includes, without limitation: • Models and model outputs • Deployment systems and delivery infrastructure • Research infrastructure and research environments • Scoring systems, ranking systems, and internal metrics • Alternative datasets and proprietary data sources • Proprietary research methods and methodologies • Theme databases, company mappings, and research reports • Software, APIs, documentation, and visual content Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit EdvardWo materials except as expressly permitted in the applicable license or customer agreement.

Certain materials are restricted to licensed customers and authorised users. Confidential materials may include: • Holdings and portfolio-level outputs • Internal metrics and proprietary scores • Model outputs and model updates • Rankings and classifications • Deployment configurations and API specifications • Customer portal and research environment content • Non-public research context and commentary Authorised users agree not to: • Share, publish, or redistribute confidential materials • Disclose proprietary metrics, rankings, or construction detail • Copy substantial portions of licensed materials • Provide access to unauthorised third parties Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may give rise to additional remedies.

Commercial terms depend on the applicable product and agreement. Payment structures may include: • Subscriptions and recurring access fees • One-time license fees • Recurring support or maintenance agreements • Enterprise invoices • Custom commercial arrangements Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement: • Recurring fees renew according to agreed billing cycles • Cancellation and refund terms are as specified in the agreement • Taxes, invoicing, and payment methods are as agreed with the customer Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension of access.

Models and services may change over time. EdvardWo may, at its discretion: • Modify, update, suspend, or discontinue website content or delivery features • Limit availability of models for new licensing • Mark models as fully licensed, reserved, or unavailable for new customers • Remove exclusive models from public sale • Vary access rights between customers according to their agreements We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to websites, APIs, hosted environments, or customer portals. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: EdvardWo AB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment-related losses arising from use of the website, licensed models, research environments, or deployment services. Customers assume full responsibility for all investment decisions and financial outcomes. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to EdvardWo AB under the applicable agreement during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if: • These Terms or the applicable customer agreement is violated • Fees remain unpaid • Confidential materials are disclosed or redistributed • Reverse engineering or restricted activities are attempted • Services are misused or accessed by unauthorised parties Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect EdvardWo, other customers, or proprietary systems. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, reverse engineering, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website with an updated date. Continued use of the website or licensed services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes, except where prohibited by an existing written agreement. Product-specific or deployment agreements may contain additional terms that prevail over these Terms where they conflict.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in a separate written contract.
